With over 15 years in architectural and retail design, I offer a range of services—from floor plan reviews and custom cabinetry design to finish selections and full furniture layouts. I also believe in making good design accessible, and often pair high-quality, budget-friendly solutions (like IKEA cabinet frames with Semihandmade fronts) with custom details to get the best of both worlds.

You have the time to execute a plan yourself but want a designer’s eye to make sure every detail feels right. With this service, you’ll know exactly what to buy and where to place it, so you can move ahead with confidence.

The process is simple. After you complete a design questionnaire and send us photos and measurements, we’ll create your personalized package:
a to-scale floor plan
a complete design concept
a sourcing list with everything you need.
You’ll receive the full plan so you feel confident moving forward. Then you can implement at your own pace, knowing the hard work has been done for you.

Each package includes a to-scale floor plan showing where furnishings should go, a mood board or rendering illustrating the overall look and feel, and a sourcing list with direct links to every selection. We’ll also provide one revision to adjust an item before final delivery.
